Simplify!

I just wanted to share something that I read from the DAILY BREAD! ENJOY <3

 In a radio interview, a basketball superstar was asked about his knack for making the game-winning shot in crucial situations. The reporter asked how he was able to be so calm in such pressure-packed moments. His answer was that he tried to simplify the situation. "You only have to make one shot," the player replied. One shot. That is the essence of simplifying a difficult situation. Focus only on what is in front of you right now. Don't worry about the expectations of your coach or teammates. Simplify.

Recognizing that the challenges of life can be both overwhelming and suffocating, Jesus urged us to take matters in hand by simplifying. He said, "DO NOT WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW, FOR TOMORROW WILL WORRY ABOUT ITS OWN THINGS. SUFFICIENT FOR THE DAY IS ITS OWN TROUBLE" (MATT. 6:34). This was his wise conclusion to his teaching on the debilitating power of worry. WORRY DOESN'T ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING POSITIVE; IT JUST ADDS TO THE SENSE THAT WE ARE DROWNING IN THE TROUBLES WE ARE FACING. WE MUST TAKE THINGS AS HIM FOR THEY COME - ONE DAY AT A TIME - AND TRUST HIM FOR THE WISDOM TO RESPOND PROPERLY.

If you feel overwhelmed by life, do what you can today and then entrust the rest to him. As Jesus said, "Each day has enough trouble of its own" (NIV). - Bill Crowder

Don't worry for your future needs,
It will only bring you sorrow;
But give them to the Lord instead -

We lose the joy of living in the present when we worry about the future.

Life as A Single Woman!

I am 23 yrs old lady getting to know myself! I have tried the dating scene and quite frankly I dont think Im ready for any type of relationship as of right now! The guys I run into seem so nice and seems to have their stuff together but I end up finding out that they dont! I just dont understand why guys like to play games all the time! Its like they chase a female for an while and when they finally get them, they stop wht they were doing in the beginning! Its all a game to them and it shouldn't be that way! I will continue to get to know ppl and if that special someone comes up in my life, i MIGHT give them a chance! I have a lot of work to do on myself! One thing I tell myself is that I will NOT rush into a relationship any more and get to know the person better before we get into a relationship! Im just waiting patiently and let God do his thing! I believe that there is someone for everyone and I will get married when God says its the right time! 


Being Single will allow me to get to know myself a lot better and for me to know what exactly wht it is it I want in a significant other! Im not looking for anyone in particularly! I just want someone who will love me for who I am and not Judge me! In due time, I will find that special person!

Life is Funny!

At this point in my life I am  so confused about the ppl that are in my life! I try to live the right way but every move I make is a bad one! I dont know whats going right now but all I can do is to leave everything in GODS HANDS!!! I know I have tried to be a good person but ppl just dont see that! They think I'm a bad person, for what reason, I dont know! I dont know why ppl like to talk about me but I guess its because I'm  doing something right! Life can be so funny at times but what can we do: NOTHING but LEAVE IT ALONE AND LOOK UP TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER.

These days I cant  trust anyone anymore! I try not to believe wht ppl say about other ppl and get to know them myself but sometimes I feel like I should have listened when they were telling me about that person! Its too many FAKE ppl in this world and not enough REAL ones in this world! Ppl can feed me so much stuff and in the back of of my head im like FEED THAT SHIT TO THE BIRDS, IM NOT STUPID! I try not to be tht way but hw can i not think that way when I have been STABBED in the back several times by ppl i CARE for! It sickens me when ppl act that way!

Why is it that ppl can not be happy for one another! Its like ppl are so jealous of other ppls accomplishments! Everyone has a opportunity to do well for themselves! It just takes determination to get where yu want to be in life! Ppl just talk about ppl because they have nothing else better to do with their life, which to me is a sad sad situation! Instead of using their energy on something good, they use their energy TALKING ABOUT OTHERS.

In this life time all I can do is talk to God and mind my own business! I have a bright future ahead of me and I will not allow anyone or any situation stop me frm achieving wht I want in this life!!!
